Jerahmie and Brittany Arrington founded Capstone Driving Academy with one goal in mind: giving our students the best, most rewarding learning experience.
Our staff is certified by The North Carolina Department of Motor Vehicles to instruct adult and teen drivers in obtaining learner permits and driver's licenses. Learning to drive and get your driver's license is a major milestone in every teenager's life. At Capstone Driving Academy, we take great pride in providing the right hands-on skills to help our students become safe and confident behind-the-wheel.

Meet Our Owners
Jerahmie Arrington
CEO and Driver Ed Instructor
Jerahmie has extensive public and military service experience. He served in the Navy Reserve as a hospital corpsman and is currently serving as a firefighter for the City of Durham. He is a North Carolina DMV-certified driving instructor and a very effective teacher. He also holds a bachelor's degree in criminology from North Carolina State University.
Brittany Arrington
COO and Driver Ed Instructor
Brittany is passionate about teaching and connecting with diverse populations. Her background includes work in healthcare, criminal justice, and customer service. She is a North Carolina DMV-certified driving instructor and holds a bachelor's degree in criminal justice from North Carolina Central University.
